The Liberty Beall project involves the construction of a two-story mixed-use building, consisting of approximately 16,000 square feet, featuring restaurateur Mike Mariola's new concept, Mariola Italian, on the first floor and 8 luxury apartments on the second floor. Located at the intersection of East Liberty Street and Beall Avenue, Liberty Beall will be the centerpiece of the growing neighborhood and, along with the other entertainment businesses, provides a gateway between The College of Wooster and Wooster’s historic public square. The Liberty Beall residential units will feature high-end finishes and amenities and are conveniently located to enjoy the vibrant mix of businesses in the area, such as Muddy’s, JAFB Brewery, Minglewood Distilling Company, Curry Pot, and The Commercial & Savings Bank.
