This project consisted of constructing a 5,400 sf production area within the existing factory utilizing structural metal studs and drywall for the interior walls and lining the existing exterior walls and ceiling with metal panels. After completing demolition, we installed new foundations, equipment support platforms, structural steel, grating, handrail, stairs, ladders and all required manufacturing equipment. The new facility required new mechanical systems, fire protection upgrades and an additional electrical service.
