For the 2020 Summer Trades Package at Wooster High School, Bogner provided Construction Manager-at-Risk services in connection with renovations to the Concessions, replacement of the exterior decorative lighting, repair & replacement of over 60,000 SF of roofing, and restroom renovations that provided much-needed ADA upgrades. The combined square footage of the four separate areas of work, not including the roofing, totaled approximately 4,200 square feet and came in just over $1,000,000.
