For the 2019 Summer Trades Package at Wooster High School, Bogner provided Construction Manager-at-Risk services in connection with a new security entrance, administrative office upgrades, renovations to the Large Group Instruction room (which also hosts the district's board meetings), repair & replacement of over 20,000 SF of roofing, and restroom renovations that provided much-needed ADA upgrades. The combined square footage of the four separate areas of work, not including the roofing, totaled approximately 6,000 square feet and came in just under $1,000,000.
