The $1.2 million Training Center & Mezzanine Expansion Project for Seaman Corporation added a new 75-square-foot entry vestibule on the east side of their existing plant. The project also included the construction of a new mezzanine expansion of about 3,900 square feet immediately adjacent to that entry. The lower space is used as a contractor training facility and the upper area is used for office expansion. The vestibule addition was skinned with a rain-screen panel system to match the adjoining office building. There were also a number of windows added to the south of the new vestibule to bring natural light into the new training space and offices.
