Adam Bogner, the son Bob Bogner, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Business from Ohio Northern University. He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for People to People Ministries and the Wayne County Historical Society, is a member of the Oversight Committee at St. Mary Catholic Church located in Wooster, and participated in the Leadership Wooster program.
As a Project Manager, Mr. Bogner oversees the project from start to finish. Adam coordinates the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes the owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. He monitors and records field progress and evaluates cost reports to maintain budget guidelines without sacrificing quality. In addition, Adam processes change orders, regulates receipt and approval of shop drawings, and assembles guarantees and operating manuals.
Adam is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design and Construction [LEED AP BD+C]; providing building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.
As a member of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies, Adam has had the opportunity to gain experience as a Laborer, Mason Tender, Rigging, Assistant Superintendent, and Field Project Manager.
