What was your first job? Working at the Bogner Construction warehouse, at 12 years old, making $0.35/hour
What's one thing most people don't know about you? In 1968, I weighed 283 lbs. In 1970, I was down to 168 lbs., losing 115 lbs in 13 months.
What's your favorite movie? Miracle... the story of the 1980 USA Olympic Gold Medal team
What's the weirdest food you've ever eaten? Worms as an ATO pledge in college

Ted Bogner, the son of Dick Bogner, graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Construction Management. Starting as a project superintendent, he then assumed the Presidency of the Bogner Construction Company from 1980 to 2018. Ted still remains active in the company, currently serving as Senior Project Director.
Mr. Bogner has over 50 years of experience developing Construction Management as Owner’s Agent and Construction Management at Risk programs for both the public and private sector.
In his role as a program manager, Mr. Bogner has gained considerable experience in site selection, facility planning, manpower needs assessments, budgeting, scheduling, and construction related activities.
Mr. Bogner has overall responsibility for the successful completion of the firms projects in Design-Build, Construction Management as Owner’s Agent, and Construction Management at Risk.
Active in civic affairs, Ted has served as President of several civic boards; Wooster Rotary, including Board of Directors; Advisory Councl for BioHio Research Park on The Ohio State University/OARDC Campus; served as President of the Board of Directors for the following civic agencies: Wooster Area United Way, Wayne Center for the Arts, Wayne County Builder’s Exchange, People to People Ministries, Main Street Wooster, Inc and the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Bogner has led fundraising campaigns for the following Wayne County agencies: The United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties, The Wayne County Public Library multi-year levy, and the Medway Drug Enforcement Agency multi-year levy.
