President & Director of Field Operations
Tim Bogner, the son of Ted Bogner, is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management along with an Associate’s Degree in Military Science. While in college, he was in the Army ROTC and commissioned to active duty. He served as a Sergeant in the Ohio National Guards and three years as an officer with the 101st Airborne prior to beginning work as part of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies.
Mr. Bogner is the President and also serves as the Director of Field Operations for the Bogner Team. He is personally OSHA 30-Hour Certified and 500 trained. He maintains all personnel complete required training/certifications along with coordinating the Drug Free Workplace requirements.
Mr. Bogner is responsible for scheduling manpower, cranes and equipment. His responsibilities also include evaluating, estimating and managing most of our short-term construction projects. He conducts monthly superintendents (field personnel) and Operations (office personnel) meetings.
He is currently a member of Ohio State Carpenter’s JATC [Past President & Chaired Statewide Board) and Wooster Noon Lions Club (Past President). He is a past member of Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council Board, Wooster Interfaith Housing, Planned Parenthood, and Wooster YMCA.
