Laurie G’s Testimonial
Bogner Construction Company takes great pride in promoting from within. Most of our project superintendents started with us as trades people.
“I joined the Bogner Construction team as a carpenter apprentice in March of 1986. Following my apprenticeship, I was retained as a journeyman carpenter and worked in the field on a variety of jobsites. During 1992-1993, I worked as a Carpenter Foreman at the 386,000 square foot Wooster High School project. In 1994, I was offered an opportunity for advancement when our cabinet shop work dramatically increased, joining and learning from this in-house team of fine craftsmen. In 1997 I was promoted to Project Superintendent. I retired from Bogner Construction Co. in 2015 after being a part of the Bogner family for 29 years.”
