President:
Theodore R. Bogner “Ted"
Ted, the son of Dick Bogner, graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Construction Management. He was a project superintendent until assuming the Presidency of the Bogner Construction Company in 1980.
Active in civic affairs, Ted has served as President of several civic boards; The United Way of Wayne & Holmes Counties, Wayne Center for the Arts, Wayne County Builders Exchange, People to People Ministries, Main Street Wooster, Inc and the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has served as Chairperson of the United Way Annual Campaign. (Email Ted)
Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer:
Robert E. Bogner “Bob”
Bob, the son of Pete Bogner, has been active in the business for 40 years. He attended The College of Wooster until called to serve with the Army Engineers in Vietnam. Bob is active in Kiwanis Club, has served as the President of the Builders Exchange of East Central Ohio, and Chairman of the Goodwill Industries of Wayne & Holmes Counties.
He is the Vice President of Administration and Secretary/Treasurer of the Bogner Construction Company. (Email Bob)
Director of Costing & Estimating:
Brian Bogner
Brian, the son of Bob Bogner, is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Management. Active in civic affairs, Brian is currently serving on the board of trustees for The Village Network and Goodwill Industries of Wayne and Holmes Counties.
He is the Director of Costing and Estimating for Bogner Construction Company and is part of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies. (Email Brian)
Director of Field Operations:
Timothy Bogner “Tim”
Tim, the son of Ted Bogner, is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Construction Management and Technology. While in college he was in the Army ROTC and commissioned to active duty. He served three years as an officer with the 101st Airborne prior to beginning work as part of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies.
Along with the Director of Field Operations, Tim is the Director of Safety and an Estimator/Project Manager for the Bogner Team. (Email Tim)

Michael Bogner “Mike”
Mike, the son of Bob Bogner, is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering & Minors in Mathematics and Business. Michael started part time in 1997 and became full time in 2007. He is part of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies. (Email Mike)
Adam Bogner
Adam, the son of Bob Bogner, is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Business. Adam is part of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies. (Email Adam)
William Studenic “Bill”
Bill is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Prior to joining the Bogner Team, Bill worked in the construction industry as an estimator and project manager for over 20 years. He brings a great deal of design-build experience to Bogner. (Email Bill)
Randy Robinson
Randy is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Environmental Resource Management. Prior to joining the Bogner Team, he spent 12 years working in utility construction and relocation. He worked his way up to Area Manager with his firm; responsible for administration and operations in the Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Ohio areas. (Email Randy)
Ted Luc
Ted is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Construction Management. Prior to joining the Bogner Team, Ted worked in the industrial and commercial construction industry as an estimator for over 15 years. (Email Ted)
Barry Cochran
Barry is a graduate of St. Clairsville High School / Belmont County Joint Vocational School and has completed advanced courses in General Construction, Construction Management, and Electrical/Communication Systems Design and Installation. He has been responsible for the successful management of over 57 million dollars in projects. (Email Barry)
Director of Accounting:
Vickie Shriver
Ms. Shriver brings to the Bogner Group over a decade of experience in corporate accounting from the multidisciplinary firm of Meaden & Moore, Ltd. She is responsible for all accounting. (Email Vickie)
Accounting Manager:
Kathy Horst
Ms. Horst conducts accounting operations and enters data on accounts payable, and payroll. She has a Comprehensive Office Certification from the Adult Education Program at the Wayne County Career Center. (Email Kathy)
Project Administrative Assistant:
Cheryl Smith
Ms. Smith has been with Bogner Construction Company for over two years and works with Project Managers and other personnel in performing tasks that are needed to assist with the project bidding process and ongoing project administration. Executive Administrative Asst. & Marketing:
Jennifer Anderson
Mrs. Anderson joined Bogner Construction Company a year ago as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the president of the company. She is responsible for producing our marketing and sales presentations, advertising, designing and maintaining our website, and management tools. (Email Jen)
Receptionist:
Bonnie Fink
Mrs. Fink has responsibility for typing, receiving visitors, and scanning and/or printing blueprints. She acts as a resource to the Project Managers on an as needed basis. She also assists with miscellaneous office duties relating to purchase orders and close-out documents. (Email Bonnie)
warehouse manager:
Chris Curtis
Mr. Curtis is responsible for all deliveries and receiving. He maintains all tools and small equipment. He also purchases materials in bulk to reduce expenses to individual projects.
cabinet shop foreman:
Larry Pauli
With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Pauli estimates, purchases material, and supervises the construction and installation of finish trim and casework on all Bogner projects. He typically has 3-4 Carpenters working under his direction.
